About Kim Glassman

Kim Glassman leads RFA’s portfolio to develop equitable education systems, leveraging her experiences as a researcher and consultant in evaluation and strategy. She brings expertise in systems thinking with an emphasis on nonlinear, complex-adaptive change, as well as equitable and culturally responsive approaches to research and evaluation. She supports RFA inside and out to encourage learning, reflection, and action.

Prior to joining RFA, Kim consulted for 15 years with nonprofits, philanthropy, and governments to design and measure effective strategies and translate learning into action. She recently served as Vice President, Strategic Initiatives at Equal Measure. There, she led projects, cultivated strong partnerships, and enabled cross-project learning. She enhanced skills across the organization in consulting, facilitation, and values-aligned business development. Earlier in her career, Kim worked at the William Penn Foundation, where she introduced theories of change and managed strategic evaluations. Kim began her career as a justice-oriented, applied researcher in early childhood education, mental health, substance abuse, juvenile justice, and homelessness initiatives.
