OCTOBER 2009 - RFA welcomed new Executive Director Kate Shaw and celebrated the first 18 years of RFA under the exceptional leadership of founders, Jolley Bruce Christman and Eva Gold. To mark this transition, RFA hosted Dr. Charles Payne.
