Elevate 215 has enlisted RFA to support the data and research needs of the Citywide Talent Coalition. This collaboration aims to enhance the quality of data collection and reporting, facilitating strategic decision-making to strengthen Philadelphia County’s teacher workforce.
RFA’s role in this project includes coordinating the Data and Research Working Group. By conducting thorough data analysis and research on the county’s teacher workforce, RFA will provide valuable insights that inform strategies for recruitment, retention, and development of educators. Additionally, RFA will supply data for the Philadelphia Educator Workforce Dashboard, offering a comprehensive and accessible overview of key metrics. This dashboard will serve as a vital tool for stakeholders, enabling them to track progress and make informed decisions to improve the education landscape in Philadelphia.
