In support of Lumina Foundation’s All Learning Counts initiative, RFA will identify exemplary and promising state policies designed to recognize and credential high quality postsecondary level learning that occurs outside of the classroom; create a Competency-Based Learning State Policy menu; and partner with a policy partner to disseminate these materials to states as they work to strengthen their competency-based state policies.
