About Taylor Stenley
Taylor Stenley is a Visiting Research Analyst on RFA’s quantitative research team. She currently contributes to the evaluations of two out-of-school time programs: 21st Century Community Learning Centers and the Boys and Girls Club of America. Taylor is also supporting an analysis of social emotional learning programs in Montgomery County.
Stenley is a two-time graduate of Temple University, where she most recently earned a master’s degree in public policy. She has prior research experience in both quantitative and qualitative practices on topics related to public school funding, workforce engagement, and local economic development. She is especially interested in evaluating K-12 programs and policies, so that changes can be made to improve the accessibility and impact of educational initiatives.
