About Keerthanya Rajesh
Keerthanya (Keerthi) Rajesh is a Research Analyst at RFA. She uses quantitative and qualitative methods to support research on a range of education and youth development programs, including social emotional learning, restorative justice, kindergarten readiness, out-of-school time, and postsecondary programs. She is also part of the team that is developing a landscape scan of current trends in the youth organizing field in the United States.
Keerthi earned her Master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where she conducted research on data literacy curricula and supported an intergenerational team of researchers and high school students to develop a youth-led digital writing community. She continues to work with a school in her hometown in India to provide technical assistance in the form of developing curricula and facilitating workshops for students and teachers. Through her work at RFA, Keerthi is committed to using rigorous and critical research methodologies as a vehicle for learning, growth, and empowerment.
