RFA engaged in a partnership with the Pennsylvania Academic Career and Technical Training Alliance (PACTT) to support its efforts to develop a data collection system for PACTT facilities. PACTT is a voluntary network of juvenile justice facilities which have agreed to meet a set of quality standards for juvenile justice education. These standards include offering career and technical education programs, as well as remedial and accelerated academic learning opportunities for youth under their care.
